Selling or buying a property with Riviera Real Estate can be very rewarding.

RULES

Article 1 : General information

- One (1) prize of 10,000$ CAD to be won among all eligible participants.

- Draw will be done on January 5th, 2024, in the offices of Riviera Real Estate at 36 Court Street, Edmundston. (Subject to change)

Article 2 : Conditions

- This draw is open for clients of Riviera Real Estate for the year 2023.

- Eligible clients must have a valid contract for the sale of their property with a realtor® from Riviera Real Estate on December 31st, 2023.

- Eligible clients must have concluded a real estate transaction with a realtor® from Riviera Real Estate in 2023. (sale or purchase).

- The Riviera Real Estate team and their immediate families are not eligible for this draw.

Article 3 : Prize

- One (1) cheque of 10,000$ CAD will be awarded to the winner.

Article 4 : Regulatory compliance

- All participants accept the rules of the draw 10,000$ with Riviera Real Estate.
